Check-in time is 3:00 pm & check-out time is 11:00 am.
Rates are based upon double occupancy. Any extra person over two is an additionally $15, per person, per night (excludes babies). There is a $300 cleaning fee for any guests smoking in rooms (smoking is allowed
on the private balconies only).
A $25 fee will be charged for any furniture not moved back to its original position.

Any "incidental" damage charges are the responsibility of the reserved guest. These could be, but are not limited to, carpet, towel or upholstery stains,
holes in walls, furniture or appliance damages, or extra cleaning due to state the room was left in.
Small dogs are allowed with a signed contract. Please review our Pet Friendly Policy. Charges for incidentals will vary in cost by type of damage. |

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy for Daily rentals

Effective for reservations made after October 1, 2008
Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay. Deposit, minus $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if cancellation is made no less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation six or fewer days before scheduled arrival date forfeits deposit.
Cancellation policy for Monthly rentals - Jan, Feb & March
- Cancellations made between June 1st & Sept 30th – $200 plus reservation fee
- Cancellations made between Oct 1st & Nov 30th – ½ month’s rent (including applicable taxes) plus reservation fee, plus deposit
- Cancellations made after Dec 1st – 1 month’s rent (including applicable taxes) plus reservation fee, plus deposit
Cancellation Policy for Monthly rentals -April – December
- Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival – deposit plus reservation fee
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival – ½ month’s rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee
Cancellation Policy for Weekly rentals

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate.
THE INN & CAMACHEE ISLAND
Each of our 19 units are unique in their own way, some will differ slightly in décor or sleeping arrangement others in view or amenities. But no matter which unit you’ve chosen you will find a 27” TV with Cable, a Mini-fridge, coffee maker & supplies, alarm clock, telephone with free local calls, and high-speed wireless access. There is also free high speed DSL hook-up available in the lounge.
